The Dafna project is an extensive and a very unique complex that stretches from Arlozorov Street, and along Namir Road to Henrietta Szold Street.
This is a large-scale vacate-renovate project divided into residential complexes, with a residential tower and a textured structure to be built in each complex. Along Arlozorov Street and Namir Road on the ground floor of the buildings, a shopping boulevard that faces the street will be built. The project partnership is with the Nave company .
Today, the complex includes 471 apartments in 21 buildings, which were built about 65 years ago.Two complexes will be established for the project:
Complex 2 has 66 housing units, which will be replaced by about 201 new housing units. The building permit is expected to be received in the coming months. Complex 5 has 76 housing units, which will be replaced by 232 units.

Central location and close to all access roads to the city

The complex extends from Arlozorov Street in the north, Namir Road to the east, Dafna to the south and Henrietta Szold to the west
