The new complex that Tidhar is constructing will be built on one of the most important and rare pieces of land between Rothschild-Herzl and Lilienblum streets.
These days, it’s the largest preservation project in the city that is currently underway. It is part of five of the first 66 buildings of “Ahuzat Bayit” – the original community and neighborhood of Tel Aviv – that are being preserved.
The project combines history and development, and will include a prestigious 44-story tower that will combine a hotel, residence and five historic buildings that will undergo preservation. The new complex is located on one of the most important and rare pieces of land on Rothschild Boulevard, which borders Herzl and Lilienblum streets. The complex was built on the original foundations of the legendary Ahuzat Bayit neighborhood.
