An urban renewal project in Tel Aviv’s exclusive Old North which will replace a 4-story, 35 apartments’- building with two 6-story buildings with 61 apartments.
Two modern, prestigious boutique buildings will be constructed facing Beit Hachayal in Tel Aviv, near Kikar Hamedina. The buildings will be designed by Architect Ilan Pivko, who authored some of Israel’s most unique projects, ranging from homes for Israel’s wealthiest to whole exclusive neighborhoods of exemplary prestigious apartments such as project Blue, the Garden Tower, Florentine Quartet and more.
The high quality project holds great potential thanks to its location in a neighborhood with private houses and low-rise buildings, close to Tel Aviv’s entertainment and cultural heart, as well as to the Ayalon exit and Highway 2.
