Neighborhood Developing
In the new and developing Ahismach neighborhood, Tidhar Construction is building two large complexes composed of 1,359 apartments in 42 eight-story residential buildings, with 16 new kindergartens and two separate parking complexes. The neighborhood is located at the southeast side of Lod, close to highway 40, Trans-Israel highway 6 and highway 1 – and is only about a 15-minute drive from Tel Aviv. The easy and quick access to the center is a great advantage for Ahismach’s residents. One of the neighborhood’s goals is to contribute to strengthening and developing the city of Lod, and as such will provide its residents with the highest standards in terms of construction and quality of life. It is also of great importance to preserve the green areas surrounding the neighborhood, and therefore a promenade is planned to be built along the Gezer stream, as well as a large park.
