Plans for the urban renewal project on the exclusive Soskin Street near the Tzahala neighborhood in North Tel Aviv include the construction of two residential towers, 13-14 floors high. Commercial areas included in the project’s scope will be carefully integrated within the premises with regards to the quality of the environment and its vegetation. New, modern buildings with 118 apartments in various sizes will take the place of two old buildings with only 36 apartments.
The project is located in an ideal area, surrounded by vegetation and close to the exclusive Tzahala neighborhood, the Kiryat Atidim high tech park and Tel Aviv’s northern neighborhoods.
