As part of an urban renewal project at 1-3 Adirim Street in the Neve Sharet neighborhood in North Tel Aviv, two residential towers, 17-25 floors and a low-rise building in an area saturated in construction, will be built. They will replace some old buildings, where 120 residents currently live. About 256 housing units will be built in their place.
This is a project with tremendous potential due to its unique location. The project is located in North Tel Aviv beside the high-tech complex in Kiryat Atidim. It borders the park on one side and the villas of the prestigious Tzahala neighborhood on the other.
The design of the project is entrusted to the firm of architects, Yasky Moore Sivan, which have their signature on a wide range of special and quality projects, including the Electra, YOO, Azrieli and Akirov towers, IBM and more.
Part of the new complex will be built in cooperation with TAMA Israel, owned by Arik Ben Shmuel.
