The prestigious YAM Towers are 30 stories high and overlook the magnificent coastline of Bat Yam, 80 steps from the sea. The towers were designed by architect Kika Braz, who believes that the right way to work is to find elegant solutions that meet the needs of the tenants.
The inspiration is modern urban, which combines clean and up-to-date power lines with functional design. About 300 square meters for commercial will be built in the project too. Among the many Kika Braz projects include Gindi Heights Ramat Gan, Sarona Tel Aviv, Herzliya Hills, Upper House Tel Aviv, Eilat Elifelet, and the Bat Yam beach area. The project includes three-five large rooms and penthouses.
The interior design of the apartments is meticulous, with extremely comprehensive specifications.
Tidhar is building the towers for the Canada Israel Group, which for more than two decades has been designing the urban fabric in prominent, high-demand areas in Israel and around the world, including the prestigious skyscrapers in Tzameret Park, a unique conservation project on Rothschild Street in Tel Aviv, the Microsoft office complex in Herzliya, and luxury residential complexes along Israel’s coast.
