This complex, built by Tidhar for the Davidson Group, includes two 28-floor towers with 222 apartments in all, adjacent to a 8000sqm park. The complex was designed by leading architectural firm Yaski Mor Sivan, which is responsible for planning mega projects such as the Akirov Towers, Azrieli Towers and others. The project overlooks the open landscape of Mikve Yisrael and the surrounding fields. The project is located at the northern exit of Holon, a short distance from Tel Aviv and in an environment characterized by low buildings up to 4 floors.
