A large-scale “vacate-renovate” project in one of Bat Yam’s old neighborhoods. In the project’s framework we will demolish the existing and dilapidated railroad buildings, which include 152 existing apartments, and construct two 18-floor buildings, two 35-40-floor towers and one building of 7-8 floors.
