Between Herzliya and Glil Yam, Tidhar is building a complex for ICR , which is a neighborhood of substance. The project will include 400 units in eight residential buildings, with seven to 14 floors. Commercial space will be located on the ground floor of a few of the buildings, in addition to a public building and kindergartens. The apartments in the project have three to five rooms, mini penthouses and penthouses.
The development will include gardens and interior streets that will connect the buildings, kindergartens, schools and the closest library.The goal is to give the feeling of a “neighborhood of the past” using the latest technologies and community infrastructure.
The complex is located between Bar Kochva and Har Meron Streets in the Neve Israel neighborhood, near Kibbutz Glil Yam and close to downtown Herzliya, and the Seven Stars Mall. It has maximum access to the main traffic routes – the coastal road and the Ayalon Highway – and is a few minutes drive from the Herzliya train station.
