A mega neighborhood with a total of 2,192 units designed for young couples and new immigrants. In this large-scale project, Tidhar Group set new standards in the construction industry, in terms of the scope, quality of construction and challenging short-term schedules. The neighborhood was established in the 1990s and was one of Tidhar’s first projects. At present, some 12,000 residents live here, benefiting from public institutions and businesses in the neighborhood as well as from a nearby railway station.
