Well, take the Tidhar on the Park neighborhood in Yavne, for example. This mega-neighborhood included around 1,000 apartments across 32 residential buildings, alongside urban infrastructure and a central park with an area of some 17,000 sqm. It was fully completed by Tidhar Construction in only 4.5 years! An astonishing time in real estate terms and around half the time normally required to construct a neighborhood of this size. This feat was no one-off: Tidhar also completed the construction of 1,036 apartments in the Tidhar on the Park project in Psagot Afek, Rosh HaAyin, in just 4.5 years as well.

Tidhar operates a large, high-quality coordination system for resident planning and alterations, staffed by around 40 professionals from the architectural and interior design fields. These professionals support each customer on a close personal basis from the day the building permit is received, through the start of construction, to delivery, helping customers make the desired alterations in the apartment, in accordance with their personal needs and tastes.

Tidhar undertakes to deliver the perfect apartment to each customer – a clean apartment free from defects and fully ready for everyday life, having undergone a stringent quality control procedure and it being determined that the apartment meets our standards. However, as every building is a complex product made by hand, certain inconsistencies and/or defects may arise that were not evident when the apartment was delivered to the customer. As your partner throughout the process, Tidhar places immense emphasis on the personal service experience and residents’ peace of mind, including during the inspection and warranty years. We therefore supply them with a large professional customer service team who take care of all their needs during this period. Our responsibility covers:

• Personal accompaniment of the customer by a permanent designated account manager, from the day the project was delivered, throughout the inspection year and warranty years, under the Sales Law and even beyond.
