Tidhar is building Wix’s new campus in Blue Tel Aviv for Canada Israel. The campus is located near to north Tel Aviv’s HaTzuk beach and Glilot Junction. Wix is a platform for the construction of internet websites and one of Israel’s largest high tech companies. The innovative project will be built on an area of 20 dunams and will include seven 10-story office buildings which will be mostly rented to Wix, as well as 5 undergrown floors comprising commercial spaces and parking lots. The campus, planned by Moshe Tzur, will enable 1,600 of Wix’s employees in Israel to work in one large site which will serve as the company’s headquarters and will be adapted to its growth plans. The company will move from the Tel Aviv port and will rent offices on an area of 50,000 square meters. The expansive and meticulously planned office and commercial site will stretch across 130,000 square meters, to be populated in two stages. The project’s architect, Moshe Tzur, one of Israel’s senior architects, is renowned for his designs of prestigious residential and office towers, such as the Azrieli Tower, Sharona Tower and Ha’arba’a Tower in Tel Aviv, Atrium Tower in Ramat Gan, Hanevi’im Tower in Haifa and more.
