The new campus of Toyota importer, Union Motors, was established on an area of approximately 18 dunams, in the Me’uyan Sorek Industrial Zone in Rishon LeZion. The finishing work division of Tidhar was selected to carry out the work on the complex that houses the logistics and training centers, as well as the company’s headquarters. The finishing work was executed meticulously and with precision on the three office floors, the spacious dining room, and the kitchen where meals are prepared for the employees. Training classes and an advanced car workshop were also established. The design of the complex is modern and functional and is characterized by a lobby entrance that is 10 meters high, with open workspaces, offices, and bright meeting rooms lit by natural light from the building’s curtain walls. Vegetation is uniquely integrated into the ceilings and rooms. The project was successfully completed to the satisfaction of Union Motors executives.
