Planning Coordination
So you’ve bought an apartment and you want to make sure it fits you and your family’s needs. That is why we have a personal planning coordination process, also known as “resident adjustments.”
.Changes to the apartment must be planned and coordinated in advance and according to our schedule. This is because the details of the apartmentare interconnected and influence one another, and any change or addition you might want could affect the entire project’s schedule.
As part of the planning coordination process you may tailor the apartment to your tastes, budget, and needs. This includes, among other things, the selection of final materials such as flooring, plumbing accessories, kitchen cabinets, and so on, and changes to the apartment’s systems, for example moving or adding power and light fixtures, or even moving, adding, or removing interior walls.
For this purpose, we offer planning coordinators’ services, who will personally accompany you, guide you through the process, examine the feasibility and regulatory status of your desired plans, and translate your needs and wishes into executable workplans.
It’s important to note that planning coordinators are not interior designers; if you want to make substantial changes to the apartment, we recommend hiring your own interior designer.
Final fittings will be selected in the suppliers’ showrooms as detailed and offered in your technical specifications. We provide you with high-quality specifications including a wide range of choices from the finest companies, so you can design your apartment according to your own tastes and desires. If you still wish so, you can adjust or upgrade the technical specifications; such changes are priced by the suppliers. Bear in mind that there will be additional work costs here at Tidhar. The price guide for changes and additions can be found in your customer file.
It’s important to remember that changes to the apartment must be planned and coordinated in advance to the very last detail, and according to the pre-set schedule. When it comes to your apartment, everything is connected. For instance, if you wish to remove a wall or cancel a room, we will need to make changes in the air conditioning system, the sprinkler system, and potentially the power as well.
Any change or addition you want to make might affect the entire project’s schedule, so it’s very important to follow the set schedule detailed in your apartment file.
