Narkisim, Rishon LeZion

Tidhar Construction has begun construction of three new towers in the new Narkisim neighborhood in Rishon LeZion, on the site of the former Camp Tzrifin. Tidhar is building three 22-story towers for the More Group with a variety of five and six-room apartments and luxurious penthouses. The project will use innovative technologies and advanced systems, but emphasis will be placed on the restoration and preservation of historic heritage sites located in the complex.
The unique design of the complex completely separates the vibrant street-level floor from the residential floors. On the street level, on both sides of Jerusalem Boulevard, a variety of shops, cafes and community services will be built, and at the same time it will be possible to benefit from a separate and private entrance to the three floors of the parking lot, the magnificent tower lobby and the apartments themselves.
The complete separation between the commercial and the residential floors will create a secure rooftop leisure space above the store level. About 300 square meters of green spaces are being planned, along with a playground, designated for the use of tenants only.
The Narkisim neighborhood is the link between the new neighborhoods to the center of Rishon LeZion and the important traffic routes of Gush Dan. The neighborhood is surrounded by parks, close to a “Hebrew kindergarten,” and municipal services, educational institutions and main transportation routes.
The three towers will be erected on the most western point, first line from the sea, and a spectacular view will be reflected from the windows of the apartments on the upper floors facing the sea.
