In northern Petah Tikva, in the sought-after Em HaMoshavot neighborhood, Tidhar built a pair of buildings for Chen and Itay Gindi.
The project has two boutique towers, 14 floors with 102 spacious housing units. The apartments were carefully designed by Barely, Levitzky and Kassif, one of the leading architectural firms in Israel. A wide range of four to six-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses and penthouses were built.
The public spaces and apartments were designed with high-end material and for the apartments specifically, advanced technologies, and innovative infrastructure solutions were used, all in the high standard that characterizes Tidhar Construction.
