2 luxury residential towers of 18 and 25 floors, built above basement floors and a commercial floor for the benefit of residents. Tidhar built the project for Y. Zilbermintz in the heart of the well-tended northern neighborhood of Rehovo, a short distance from the Weizmann Institute and close to a variety of community services, country clubs and schools.
