EAST&TLV, Tozeret Haaretz

Tidhar Construction was selected to carry out the EAST&TLV project initiated by the companies Blue Square Real Estate, Sufrin Group, Weiss Group, GF Real Estate and Bolthaup. The project, which covers 6.5 dunams (1.6 acres), is located east of the Ayalon Highway near HaShalom
Interchange in Tel Aviv, and will include residential apartments, employment and commercial areas.
Two towers will be built: 33 stories and 40 stories. The northern tower will include 348 housing units and the southern tower, 25 floors of offices and business space, and above them, eight floors of luxury apartments. The ground floor of the two towers is intended for commercial use, and below it will be underground parking.
Tidhar Construction will carry out the project that will be built over an area of 75,000 square meters. The design of the project was entrusted to the firm of architects Moore Yaski Sivan, which specializes in innovative projects such as, Akirov and YOO Towers, Umami, Electra Tower and more. The unique project on Tozeret Haaretz Street attests to the continued urban and commercial development in the area, and is part of the development of the Ayalon Highway, which will help to connect different parts of Tel Aviv.
