Modular Construction in Haifa
The first-of-its-kind modular construction project in Haifa will include one 20-floor tower and one 30-floor tower. The ground floors and structural cores with elevators and safe rooms will be constructed using the conventional method. All 320 apartments will be built in their entirety at Tidhar’s factory in Yavne and then assembled on-site using the modular method.
The project will offer 2, 3, and 4-room apartments for long-term rental to the general public.
