Our apartment handover process is one-of-a-kind in Israel construction and real estate. It’s designed to make your entrance into the apartment a perfect moment, just like you’ve always dreamed. Our apartments are built to the highest standards and handed over to our customer only after the apartment and all its systems have gone through a meticulous, rigorous inspection process, both during and at the end of construction.
Once your apartment has been inspected and approved for handover by one of our senior managers, you’ll be invited for a “pre-handover” tour with the apartment’s work manager, coordinated in advance and taking place some weeks before the handover. Together you’ll see whether any repairs need to be done in the apartment. The pre-handover tour is documented, and you’ll receive a pre-handover report for supervision.
Only then, once the apartment is ready for you, do we set the handover date, and hand you the keys to your new home. From the moment you receive the keys, our customer support team will be at your disposal at all times to answer any questions in a personal, professional manner.
