- Clean the internal doors with a wet wipe, without any cleaning materials. Keep them dry and minimize contact with water as much as possible (for example when washing the floor), in order to prevent the wood from warping.
- Only clean bathroom fixtures (sinks, toilets, baths) using the appropriate cleaning materials to prevent the formation of rust and damage to the coating.
- Regularly check the state of the sealant between the flooring and cover tiles and around the drain in the shower and bathrooms. Grout wear-out might cause wetness to accumulate and result in damage, so its integrity must be ensured.
- It’s natural and common for cracks to form in the walls during the first year. If such cracks have formed, contact us between the end of the first year and the two-year mark from the apartment’s handover and we’ll repair them. We recommend keeping the wall-paint white during this time, as repairs done around the crack are painted white
