Arye, who is currently President of the Group, founded Tidhar in 1993 together with Gil Geva, and brought to the partnership 14 years of experience in project supervision and management. Thanks to the vision of the two founders, Tidhar became the largest private real estate group in Israel. Arye is a graduate of the Technion and has a degree in civil engineering. He is currently considered one of the leading professionals in the industry. He is married, has 3 children and lives in Tel Aviv. Arye is responsible for planning all the Group’s projects abroad and personally accompanies the planning and construction processes in significant or unique projects. Every time he is asked, Arye says there is no chance he would choose to do anything else. His great love is planning and building. And yet he has time to serve as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the “Larger than Life” organization. When he has time off, he goes on trips in Israel and abroad, reads and watches movies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Gil founded Tidhar, together with Arye Bachar, in 1993, after serving in the IDF as the Operations Officer of Sayeret Matkal. Thanks to the pair’s far-reaching vision, Tidhar became the largest private real estate group in Israel and one of the six leading real estate companies in Israel. The Group initiates, constructs and manages many projects in Israel and around the world. Gil was born in 1964 and is married with five children. Since 2016 he serves as Chairman and Chief Business Officer of Tidhar.

Mark joined Tidhar as a Director in 2005 after a professional career on Wall Street as one of the first traders in the foreign financial derivatives market. He was born in 1961, has an MBA in Business Administration, is married and has three children. Together with Gil Geva and Arye Bachar, he formulated the strategy of Tidhar which leads the Group to this day. Mark is an avid Zionist, who sees his role in Tidhar first as a mission and an opportunity to take part in building the country. He loves golf, nature tours, cycling and reading.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Rachel, joined Tidhar in 2020. Prior to joining the group, she served for two years as CEO and director of the profitable real estate company, Gazit Globe and eight years as CEO and director, as well as deputy chairman of Atrium European Real Estate, a foreign public company controlled by Gazit Globe.
\nFor the past two decades, she has served as president and CEO of international real estate companies as well as a director of other public companies.
\nCurrently she also serves as an external director in companies: Phoenix, Hadera Paper and AFI Properties.
\nRachel holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance, with accounting certification, and a master\u2019s degree in business administration from Northwestern University in Chicago.
\nRachel currently lives in Givatayim. She is married to Mark and is the mother of two daughters.
\nHer spare time is devoted to her family, and various sports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Iris joined the Tidhar Group as a consultant and member of the board of directors in 2021, after a series of senior and diverse positions both in Israel and in the global marketplace.
\nShe served as Executive Vice President of the global leadership team at Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., CEO of the McCann Israel Group, CEO Lever Israel at Unilever, VP of Marketing and Content at Orange-Partner, and in a variety of managerial positions at Strauss.
\nToday she is a Business Development Consultant, working on strategy formation and execution at C-level. In addition she serves as a member of the board of directors at the Danel Group, at Tempo Beverages Ltd, and members of the investment committee at Alive HeatlhTech Fund
\nIris holds a degree in economics from Haifa University and a master’s degree in business administration from Bar-Ilan University. She resides in Zichron Ya’akov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Uri Levin has served as CEO of the Tidhar Group since July 2023.
\nUri served as CEO of Israel Discount Bank from 2019 to 2023, and from 2017, he served as CEO, Israel Discount Bank of New York. Prior to that position, he served as head of the strategy, planning and finance division at Israel Discount Bank, from 2014 to 2017.
\nBefore joining the Discount Group, Uri served as CEO of the ISP Group in Israel and in Switzerland. The company specializes in financial services for private and institutional clients. He held prior senior management positions at Bank Hapoalim, after serving as senior consultant and project manager at the international consulting company, McKinsey & Company, London.
\nUri has an M.B.A (cum laude) from the London Business School, with a specialization in finance, and a B.Sc. (cum laude) in electrical engineering, electronics, and computer science from Tel Aviv University.
\nUri is married to Ifat, and they have two children.
\nAmong his other activities, Uri enjoys traveling and sports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Tal joined Tidhar in 1998 and has since held a variety of positions in the Group. As CEO of Tidhar Construction, he is in charge of the Group’s operational arm and also serves as deputy CEO of the Group. He is a graduate of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering.
\nTal was born in 1972, lives in Rishon Letzion, is married with three children. He came to Tidhar because of his love for the profession and if he wasn’t at Tidhar, he would have become an artist. He dedicates his free time to running.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

\nShe has a master\u2019s degree in psychology, and over 17 years of experience in international high-tech company and local companies.
\nShe lives in Haifa, married to Guy and proud mom to Roi, Maya and Ofri, in her free time she loves traveling, soccer and reading books.<\/p>\n

Dafna lives in Moshav Sde Warburg, is married and has 3 children. She holds a Masters degree. As a child, she spent 8 years abroad, in Iran and Venezuela. If she was not in real estate, she would probably continue to travel the world. He down time is dedicated to family, friends, books, art, new places and new cultures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Ofer joined the Tidhar Group in 2016, as manager of the partnership in the construction of the complexes for Teva and Microsoft. Today he serves as VP of Entrepreneurship. He holds a BA in Civil Engineering from NYU and has a rich and varied career of 18 years at the Baran Group, of which 5 years as the Group’s CEO. Subsequently, he served as CEO of Koor Industries until joining Tidhar.
\nAs a manager, Ofer strives to set goals and meet them, and he sees the duty of professionalism, investment, teamwork and the joy of activity as the basis for business success and professional and personal fulfillment. He lives in the town of Nirit, is father of two sons, and if he was not in industry and construction, he would probably invest his energy in guidance and teaching. His leisure time is spent in sports, especially triathlons, which combines swimming, cycling and running.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Tomer joined Tidhar in 2019 as VP of business development in the income-producing office sector, and was one of the leaders in establishing the joint venture between Tidhar and Harel. As CEO of the development division at Tidhar, he is responsible for the group’s initiative arm for the income-producing residential sector. Tomer graduated from Reichman University (formerly IDC) in Herzliya with a bachelor’s degree in law and business administration. Tomer was born in 1976, and currently lives on Moshav Rinatya with his wife and three sons. He came to Tidhar because of the great challenges in building the initiative division that has been based on 30 years of Tidhar’s work. He dedicates his free time outside of work to swimming and spending time with family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n

Yoni Tsabari joined Tidhar in May 2025 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is responsible for leading the group\u2019s overall financial strategy and operations.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Yoni brings extensive experience in corporate finance and executive leadership. Prior to joining Tidhar, he served as Deputy CEO and CFO of Electra Consumer Products Group and previously held the role of CFO at IDB Tourism Group and Israir. He began his professional career at EY, where he led audit teams and worked closely with some of Israel\u2019s largest corporations in the retail, industrial, commercial, and consulting sectors.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Yoni holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the College of Management Academic Studies.<\/span><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Hila joined Tidhar in 2025 as VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, after more than 25 years in the real estate sector, including leading legal positions in public companies in the industrial, construction, infrastructure, and real estate fields.<\/p>\n

Among other roles, Hila served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Ackerstein Group, the Minrav Group, and Shafir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd., and worked as an attorney at M. Firon & Co. She also served as a board member in a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and in a government-owned company.<\/p>\n

Hila holds a law degree from the University of Sussex in England, and has completed professional courses in corporate secretarial practice, financial management, and real estate management and financing.<\/p>\n

In her free time, Hila enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books, and engaging in sports.<\/p>\n

Adi joined the Tidhar Group in 2025 as CEO of Tidhar Income-Producing Properties, after more than two decades of experience in the real estate, finance, and banking industries. Her previous roles included CEO of Yesodot, Deputy CEO, and CFO at Zemach Hammerman Group.<\/p>\n

Adi holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics and Management and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University. She lives in Givatayim and is a mother of two.<\/p>\n

Adi believes that management and business require a vital combination of people and numbers. If she had not chosen a career in real estate, she would likely have dedicated her time to the fields of medicine and research.<\/p>\n

In her spare time, Adi enjoys spending time with her family and friends.<\/p>\n
