Our planning and service coordinator accompanies you personally throughout the construction process to ensure that the apartment you purchased is built and designed according to your needs. Your personal coordinator helps to fulfill your requests for changes and adjustments, selection of finishing materials (according to the purchase agreement).
Tidhar is the only company in the Israeli construction industry that uses advanced information modeling technology (BIM) through planning, execution and finishing. These technologies enable us to meet deadlines while providing you with a high quality apartment, and even offer s a virtual tour using 3D Oculus glasses.

Our unique engineering quality control system accompanies planning and construction from A to Z to ensure complete compliance with all standards required by law, as well as Tidhar's high quality standards.
Each and every process is carried out and monitored on a regular basis by a dedicated quality controller. Every apartment is supervised from day one till it is delivered to the customer after passing strict quality control and complying with all requirements dictated by the Israeli Construction Standards, and most important - Tidhar Standards.
