Tidhar is the first real estate company in Israel to adopt and effectively implement the BIM modeling technology - 3D information at all stages of project. In addition, Tidhar developed a mold casting method with Ytong block interior wall, known as the "Tidhar Method". This method won recognition by the Israel Standards Institution for its contribution to promoting quality. Tidhar also partnered in processing and adapting ISO 9000 standards for the construction industry, and the first to implement them.
